I currently offer exchanges only and do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

All books are carefully packaged to help ensure they arrive safely and in excellent condition. However, once a package is in the possession of the shipping carrier, damages may occasionally occur during transit that are outside of my control.
I highly encourage customers to add shipping insurance at checkout for added peace of mind. Shipping insurance helps protect your purchase in the event of loss, damage, or mishandling during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are available for the same item only.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless shipping insurance was selected at checkout. Buyers are also responsible for any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition.

Most orders are processed and shipped within approximately 2–2 ½ weeks. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

At this time, I do not offer international shipping, but I hope to expand and offer it in the future.

To help preserve your sprayed edges, store books upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Handle the edges gently to prevent scuffing or scratching.

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please email me as soon as possible — preferably within 24 hours of placing your order — and I will do my best to get everything sorted for you.

If you believe your address may be difficult to access or have experienced misplaced packages in the past, I highly recommend selecting shipping insurance at checkout so a claim can be filed if necessary.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact me as soon as possible so we can work together to locate it and file a claim if needed.
